Step 2

Step 3
We diagnose it in our lab. A technician tests your aid and finds the exact fault. If anything beyond the standard repair is needed, we call you for approval before we do the work.
Step 4
We repair it in-house. Standard repairs are $275 per aid. When parts are in stock, repairs move quickly — same-day repair when parts are in stock for aids already in the lab.
Step 5
We ship it back to you. Once payment is received, your repaired aid is returned to you. Express return shipping is $44.99.

Please use Suite 100-116 for anything you mail to us — it is different from our walk-in suite. Print your completed repair form and include it in the box. If you do not have a printer, write your name and phone number clearly on paper and include that instead, so we can match the package to your form.

The warranty covers the parts we repaired, parts only — for example, if we replace the speaker, that speaker is covered for 6 months. There are no refunds. If a repair needs extra parts or work, we contact you for authorization first, so there are no surprise charges.
