We do not change your hearing aid programming during a repair unless you ask us to. If you would like the programming checked or adjusted, please include a recent audiogram (within the last year) with your aid.

The warranty covers the parts we repaired, for 6 months. It is a parts-only warranty, and we do not offer refunds. Sending your aid directly to our lab also means you skip the middleman — local shops that forward aids to the manufacturer often charge $600 and take much longer.
