Same-Day Repair in the Dallas Area
If we have the necessary parts available, we can often repair your hearing aid the same day you visit. Many repairs are completed within a few hours, so Dallas customers can drop off in Richardson and pick up the same day.

- Re-casing is priced after we see the device — we will call you with an estimate first
- If any additional charges come up, we contact you for authorization before proceeding

How fast is the repair?
Same-day when parts are available. Mail-in repairs are typically completed within 1–2 business days, plus shipping time.
What does the 6-month warranty cover?
Only the parts we repaired. For example, if we replaced the speaker, the speaker is warranted for 6 months — not the entire hearing aid.
Can I just get a cleaning?
Yes. Many problems that sound like a broken aid are wax, moisture, or debris. A professional cleaning often restores sound quality.
