They did a wonderful job for me! We needed to get my hearing aid repaired before lab was off for the 4th of July week. I emailed that my hearing aid would arrive by FedEx on Friday morning just before their week off. I received an email Friday morning asking for a tracking #. They were watching for it. FedEx informed me that it arrived at 12:09 pm on Friday. Saturday morning, 22 hours later, my hearing aid arrived at the front door by USPS, working wonderfully. SUPER FAST!

When my hearing aid died I was really worried about finding someone to repair it. The hearing aid companies do not repair them once they are a bit older, they just try to talk you into the next new one which is $$$$. I found Havmeen on the internet and was in contact with Mr. Amin very quickly, he called me right away. After sending some pictures of the hearing aid, he assured me that he could repair it. I was so glad. I would suggest to anyone who has hearing aid trouble that the company won’t repair any longer to contact Havmeen Hearing Lab before being talked into buying a very pricey new one. I called six other local hearing aid companies trying to have it fixed but, because it was over ten years old no one could fix it, the parts were to difficult to get, (if they could get them at all) and/or they were just not comfortable trying to fix it. I was really worried about sending it out to you since I live out in California and you are in Texas but, I am very glad I did. You got it fixed, working great and sent back out to me quickly and easily and it works as good as it did the day I first bought it. Plus you gave me a year warranty which gives me great comfort. My husband’s hearing aids are over 5 years old. No audiologist, not even the company from whom he bought them, would consider attempting to repair. We were lucky enough to have found a place near us that would work on his existing hearing aids without trying to sell him new ones.
Alas, they closed, but we were able to find Mr. Amin, who was their hearing aid technician (i.e. “wonder worker”) and were so pleased to discover that he had decided to open his own business.

His expertise is definitely a God-send to those of us “seniors”, who live on fixed incomes and have to use hearing aids. In this “throw away” society, it is so great to find a craftsman who knows how to actually fix things and is willing to do whatever he can, at a reasonable price, to fix your existing hearing instrument. It is also rare to find someone who is ethical in his dealings with customers and will truthfully tell you what he can and cannot do.

It is well worth the trip to his place of business to avail yourselves of his service.

The Customer service at this company is Outstanding! I had a battery door break on one of my Phonak hearing aids. I found the Havmeen Lab and called him and he was very helpful. I have old analog hearing aids. One is bad switch. They replace the switch. Now, i can hear beautiful. Excellent service. I’m very happy. I’ll give them a 5 stars. Keep up a good work.
