I want to say thank you to you and your staff for the ‘fantastic’ job you did fixing my hearing aid. I called six other local hearing aid companies trying to have it fixed but, because it was over ten years old no one could fix it, the parts were to difficult to get, (if they could get them at all) and/or they were just not comfortable trying to fix it. I was really worried about sending it out to you since I live out in California and you are in Texas but, I am very glad I did. You got it fixed, working great and sent back out to me quickly and easily and it works as good as it did the day I first bought it. Plus you gave me a year warranty which gives me great comfort. I would recommend “Havmeen Hearing Lab” to anyone trying to have their hearing aids fixed.
