Two options when your hearing aid needs repair
1. Take it to a local hearing aid store. A local dealer or audiologist may clean it, send it to the original manufacturer, or forward it to an independent lab. Manufacturer repairs are usually the slowest and most expensive route.
2. Send it directly to our repair lab. Skip the middleman. Your hearing aid goes straight to the technicians who repair it, which saves time and makes sure the job is done right the first time. If we need your approval for anything, we will contact you before proceeding.
