I wish to thank Ricky, Gabrielle, and all that assisted me with correcting my hearing problem. Never realized how much need for assistance in hearing was needed until you offered to test me and then provide my hearing aids. Hope you had a good weekend. Once again you and your staff have out done yourselves. I did not expect my aide back so quickly. I really appreciate all you have done. In the last few weeks I have come to realize that it is foolish to put off hearing aide repairs just to save a few bucks. It is also dangerous.
With no hearing aide I almost got creamed by a fire truck that I did not hear, Also, when my Doctor changed my dosage of a diuretic I take for congestive heart failure I misunderstood him and started taking double what it should have been. The result was not fun. It brought a whole new meaning to the term “my golden years”. All is well now. Once again thank you for everything.

Havmeen Hearing Lab took the music OUT of our live!
My Son Bryce is 14 and is the lead guitarist in a local Band. They play all over the Dallas area and practice twice a week.
I was beginning to worry about his hearing and how it would be affected over the years. He wants to work in the music industry some day, and his hearing is important to that goal.
Bryce was reluctant, but Bob Bare came out to our house and fitted Bryce for special Musician Hearing protection. Bryce and I were leery of him being able to hear the music he wanted and drown out the very loud sounds that he did not want. Bob assured us this was the answer.
After a professional fitting, the plugs arrived. From first putting them in, Bryce loved the results. Recently he forgot to put them in and immediately noticed the difference and ran for his plugs. He now wears them at concerts and every time he plays with the group. Bob saved his ears.
It’s nice to work with an organization that’s committed to truly helping solve problems instead of worrying about their bottom line. Fair prices, a quality product and friendly and professional staff.

Havmeen Hearing Lab:
Received my repaired hearing today, it works better now than it did when I purchased it.
Where I purchased 2 Siemens hearing aids (who no longer do business with Siemens) called Siemens for an estimate to repair it.
The cost would be $350.00 with no guarantee because of the age .
I have a file 1/2 inch thick concerning the 2 hearing aids that they replaced 4 times
Everything that you publish on the internet is accurate and true.
It is very seldom that you deal with an honest and reliable co.
