1. Using A Local Florida Hearing Aid Dealer
You can take it to a local Florida hearing aid dealer or audiologist. If it is just plugged with wax or a simple problem, they may be able to fix it. If they cannot repair it there, they will probably either talk to you about buying a new hearing aid or suggest sending it off for repair.
They may send it back to the original manufacturer for repair. Sometimes this is the best solution, however, it is usually the highest cost.
Another problem that many Florida hearing aid users run into is that the manufacturer may not repair their own hearing aids if they are more than just a few years old.
Your local hearing aid dealer may send it to an independent all-make hearing aid repair lab. This can be good or bad, depending on what lab they use.

Although we are able to repair 98% of hearing aids we receive, we will send your aids back to you with absolutely no charges if we can’t repair them.
